摘要
针对传统寿命管理方法所存在的不足,本文提出了控制与管理一体化的优化寿命管理模式。同时提出大型汽轮机组启动应该实施最小成本规划和控制(LeastCostPlanningandControling),即LCPC。在给出一种实现方法并加以说明之后,进行了仿真实例计算,结果表明了LCPC的有效性和优化寿命管理模式的重要意义。
In contrast to the convertional management,this paper proposes an innovative model of life time management.This model is characterized by integrating management planning with controlling and thus leading to a least overall cost of products.A sample problem is presented and a simulative computation is also included.It is shown that LCPC (Least Cost Planning and Controlling) provides a justified background for life time management modelling and is expected to be effective in substantially cutting down the product cost.
