摘要 提出了使用信号检测和图像分析技术监测电视信号的中断、非法插播和干扰的方法和系统设计。该系统采用FPGA和视频采集卡实现32-64路同步信号时序检测与图像检测,并依此设计出一个电视信号自动监测与报警系统;论文介绍了相应的硬件模块设计和软件流程,精确图像模板的动态更新方法,以及通过台标图像模板实现对电视台标的检测过程;实验结果表明,系统达到实用要求。 This paper presents the method and system design of monitoring the interruption, illegal intervention and disturbance in TV signals with the techniques of signal detection and image analysis. In the design,the FPGA and the video acquisition card are used to perform sequence detection and image capture of 32-64 TV synchronous signals, and based on this design, an automatic TV signal monitoring and alarming system is constructed. The paper introduces the basic hardware and software design, the method of dynamic updating image templates, and the application of image processing and analysis of TV station logo detection. Test results indicate that the design has reached its aims and can be put into practical use.
