内高压和等径角挤压设备液压系统原理设计

摘要 内高压成形技术作为实现结构轻量化的先进塑性成形技术,在国外企业和科研单位中已经得到了广泛地应用;等径角挤压技术作为获得超细晶结构材料的重要手段,发展也很迅速。但是目前关于这2项技术专用设备的研究很少,且由于设备投资巨大,在我国的发展很缓慢;文章在分析内高压和等径角挤压成形工艺的基础上,设计了针对这2种成形方法的专用设备的液压系统原理。 The internal high-pressure forming(IHF) technology has been known as an advanced plastic processing technology which can reduce the weight of structural parts, and it is widely used in foreign companies and scientific research institutions. As an important way to gain ultra-fine grain material, equal channel angular processing(ECAP) has also developed rapidly. But little research has been done to the special equipment for these two technologies. Besides, the investment of the equipment is huge. Thus the development of IHF and ECAP is slow in China. In this paper, the hydraulic system of the special equipment for these two technologies is designed based on the analysis of the processing technologies of IHF and ECAP.
