穴位注射对冠心病患者QT离散度的干预试验

CLINICAL TRIALS OF INTERFERENCE OF POINT INJECTION AT QT ON QT DISPERSION IN PATIENTS WITH CHD

冠心病ＱＴ离散度（ＱＴｄ）显著增加的患者５５例、ＱＴｄ８０±１６ｍｓ，每例患者取命门和腰阳关，穴位注射丹参注射液２ｍｌ后，ＱＴｄ４０±１１ｍｓ（Ｐ＜０．００１）。ＱＴｄ减小由于长ＱＴ间期（ＱＴｍａｘ）缩短或／和短ＱＴ间期（ＱＴｍｉｎ）延长，６５％的患者ＱＴｍａｘ可缩短３９±２６ｍｓ，６４％的患者ＱＴｍｉｎ可延长３４±２４ｍｓ。

The QT point is a group of points which can interfere in the QT dispersion(QTd).Mingmen point and yaoyangguan point are located in them.55 patients with coronary arteriosclerotic heart disease(CHD) QTd were 80±16 ms.To inject Danshen injection solution 2 ml into the QT point for every one,then the QTd are 40±11 ms(P<0.001).The reduced causes of QTd are a fall of the maximum QT interval(QTmax) or/and the minimum QT increase,the 65% of them QTmax decreased 39±26 ms,and the 64% of them QTmin increased 34±24 ms.
