摘要
文章通过归纳政府统计内外的主要参与方之间的基本关系,建立了5个博弈模型;在博弈均衡分析和博弈参数变动分析的基础上,力图刻画政府统计的效率状态,引出政府统计的帕累托改进方向。
This paper builds five governmental statistical game models by summing up the essential game relations among inside and outside parties of governmental statistics. Based on analyses on game equilibrium and changes of game parameters, the paper attempts to illustrate the efficiency state of governmental statistics and draw out its direction of Pareto improvement.
