hTERT蛋白在贲门癌及癌旁组织中表达的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of hTERT Protein Expression in Cardiac Carcinoma and Paracancerous Tissues

目的探讨hTERT蛋白在贲门癌及癌旁组织中表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化MaxvisionTM法,检测98例贲门癌及癌旁组织中hTERT蛋白的表达情况。结果hTERT蛋白表达阳性率与贲门癌病理组织学类型、组织分级及肿瘤大小无关,与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移情况、PTNM分期相关。hTERT蛋白在癌旁组织中表达情况与患者2、3年吻合口复发率密切相关。结论hTERT蛋白表达预示贲门癌具有较强的侵袭转移能力,可作为预测贲门癌转移潜能和预后的生物学指标之一,对手术范围的合理选择和临床早期干预治疗具有重要指导意义。

Objective To study the clinical significance of the expression of hTERT protein in cardiac carcinoma and paracaneerous tissues. Methods The expression of hTERT protein was detected with MaxvisionTM immunohistochemical method in the cancerous and para - cancerous tissues from 98 patients with cardiac carcinoma. Results Expression of hTERT protein was significantly correlated with the invasion depth,lymph node metastasis and pTNM stage. There were no significant correlation between the positive expression of hTERT protein and tumor size, pathological differentiation, pathological types, pathological grade. Expression of hTERT in the paraeancerous tissues was significantly correlated with the 2 and 3 year recurrent rates in the anastomotic regions. Conclusion Expression of hTERT protein might predict the metastatic potential in cardiac carcinoma. Detection of the hTERT expression may be useful in determining the surgical extent and adjuvant treatment in patients with cardiac carcinoma.
