摘要
采用纸片扩散法测定了薯蓣不同有机溶剂提取物的抑菌作用。实验结果表明:在相同原药浓度下乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丙酮、乙醚、苯5种有机溶剂中乙醇的提取效率最高而且提取物抑菌效果最好,其对供试菌的M IC多在5 mg/mL以下。乙酸乙酯、丙酮和乙醚提取物的抑菌效果不明显,苯的提取物基本无抑菌效果。孢子萌发抑制实验表明,薯蓣乙醇提取物在5-40 mg/mL的浓度下对黑曲霉和稻瘟病菌的孢子萌发的抑制效果不明显。
This paper dispersion method was used to study the antibacterial activities of the dioscorea's different organic solvent extracts. The experimental result indicated that with the same original substance concentration in ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, acetone, aether, and the benzene, the alcohol's efficiency of extraction is the highest and the antibacterial activity is also the best. To most of the tested bacteria the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the alcohol extracts is lower than 5mg/ml. The antibacteria activities of ethyl acetate, acetone and the aether are not obviously, and the benzene extracts nearly have none antibacteria activities. Spore get mination test showed that the alcohol extracts nearly have none conidia ger mination inhibition ability.
