摘要
主要研究了PET/ECDP/PEG共混纤维的纤度与力学性能、吸湿性能、抗静电性能和染色性能间的关系,同时也对不同纤度PET/ECDP/PEG纤维的碱减量过程进行了研究。随着共混纤维细度变细,拉伸强度和初始模量增大,断裂伸长率降低,抗静电性能提高,染色性能提高,纤维的碱减量率增大。
The research is focused on the relationship of PET/ECDP/PEG co - mixed fiber's titer against its physical property, wet absorption, anti - static property and dyeability with the titer reduction through alkali treatment also done. Following its titer becomes finer, the fiber's stretch strength and initial modulus increase, breaking strength reduces, anti - static and dyeability improved, and the ratio of titer reduction through alkali also increases.
