香云纱又称莨绸,是一种运用自然染料手工染色的丝绸织品,由于其自身的凉爽、柔滑、抗皱、吸汗等特点,成为夏季服装的理想面料。但市场上的香云纱服装设计定位、品种等较为单一,文章从面料特色、设计创新、发展趋势等几个方面对香云纱服装进行了探析,以供设计人员及消费者参考。

Gambiered Canton gauze, also called Garabiered Canton.silk is a silk product which is manually dyed by use of natural dyes. It is of cool, smooth, sweat absorptive and wrinkle - resistant so that it is an ideal material for summer clothes. Yet the designs and categories of Gambiered Canton gauze clothes on the market are so limited. The features, creative design and development trend of Gambiered Canton gauze clothes are studied in this paper to provide some references for the designers and consumers.
