介绍了胶辊损伤对成纱质量的影响,指出了在生产运转过程中造成细纱胶辊损伤的主要原因,包括操作工用刀钩伤、胶辊中凹、纱缠绕损伤等,并提出了相应的预防和控制措施。
The influence of rubber roller abrasion on the formed yarn quality is described and the main causes including knift cuttings, waste yarn winded and roller center uneven, which causes spinning rubber roller damage in spinning operation are pointed out. Some related countermeasures to control and prevent them are also given.
