参麦注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

本研究观察了参麦注射液治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的疗效。将急性病毒性心肌炎患者５０例分为两组，治疗组３２例，给予参麦注射液及一般抗心律失常药；对照组１８例，给予能量合剂及一般抗心律失常药，均治疗１２天。结果，治疗组在改善临床症状、控制心律失常及提高心脏功能等方面均优于对照组。由此表明，参麦注射液是治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的一种有效中药制剂。

The 50 cases of acute viral myocarditis were divided into two groups. Treatment group (32 cases) was treated with Ginseng - Ophiopogon lnjection and common antiar- rhythmic, while control group (18 cases) with energy mixture and common antiarrhythmic. After 12 days this study showed that the cura- tive effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control one in improving heart function and alleviating the patient's suffer- ing.
