摘要
针对机械位置传感器给永磁同步电动机(PMSM)调速系统带来成本高,可靠性低、不易维护等问题,采用了一种脉振高频电压信号注入法来实现永磁同步电机矢量控制系统的无传感器运行。该方法给电机定子绕组注入脉振高频电压信号,利用电机的凸极性,通过检测含有转子位置信息的定子电流响应来提取出转子位置信号,实现控制系统的无传感器运行。实验结果证明了采用脉振高频电压信号注入法实现永磁同步电机无传感器矢量控制的可行性和有效性。
The mechanical transducers bring lots of problems such as high costs, less reliability and not easy to be maintained for the operation of permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSM). Fluctuating high frequency signal injection method was used to realize the sensorless PMSM vector control. When fluctuating high frequency voltage signals are injected into the stator coils of PMSM, the corresponding high frequency current response with rotor position information are measured using the saliency of PMSM and rotor position can be extracted. Experimental results show the feasibility and validity of this method.
