摘要 双变量6脉波交-交变频器采用零式结构,由36只晶闸管组成。主电路含6相变压器和3个整流电路模块。每个整流电路模块由12只晶闸管分6组反并联组成。脉冲触发时刻由余弦交截法产生。通过Matlab仿真,得到双变量6脉波交交变频器各个频段下的电压电流波形。最后对变频器3分频全压进行带载仿真,验证了该变频器的可行性,并为其研制提供重要理论根据。 Bivariate six-pulse AC-AC converter based on zero-structure,is composed of 36 SCR. The main circuit contains a six-phase transformer and three rectifier circuit modules. Each rectifier circuit modules is composed of 12 SCR and is divided by 6 anti-parallel groups. Pulse trigger moment is produced by the cosine pay-cut law. Through Matlab simulation, received voltage and current waveforms under various band of bivariate six-pulse AC-AC converter. Finally, choosed the 1/3 frequency entire voltage for AC-AC converter to do simulation tests and verified the feasi- bility of the converter, and provided the important theory basis for its development.
