溶剂组成对聚氨酯微球形貌的影响(英文)

摘要 将天然多元醇(蓖麻油)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和异佛尓酮二异氰酸酯通过缩聚反应制备了聚氨酯(PU)预聚物。在不添加乳化剂和助稳定剂的条件下,采用细乳化工艺得到稳定的PU细乳液。利用二乙烯三胺和异氰酸酯基团之间快速的交联反应进一步得到了PU微球。研究发现,乙酸乙酯和丙酮的配比影响微球的大小和形态,选择蓖麻油和PEG作为多元醇组分使微球具有了生物可降解性和亲水性。 Polyurethane(PU) microspheres synthesized via miniemulsification technique have attracted considerable attention. However, in order to obtain stable oil droplets, surfactant and co-stabilizer are essential components in the miniemulsion formulations, and usually such additives are required to be removed before further applications.
