摘要
在分析虚拟制造中数控加工仿真技术的基础上,深入研究了基于OpenGL的实体建模和真实感场景的生成技术;采用面向对象的编程方法,在Visual C++6.0编程环境下,利用MFC集成方式,运用OpenGL进行数控加工仿真;以数控铣削加工为对象,对虚拟制造中数控加工过程仿真进行了实例研究,分析并建立了总体框架结构,运用程序设计技术对其功能模块和图形界面进行了设计。该研究测试表明:仿真具有较好的实时性和交互性,能够有效地验证程序的正确性,较好地适应了先进制造技术的需求。
Based on the analysis of the technology of NC machining simulation in virtual manufacturing, solid modeling and the generating technology of third dimension scene based on OpenGL has been lucubrated. Using OOP technique, OpenGL has been used to imitate numerical control in the programming environment of Visual C++ 6.0 and MFC application integration. Numerical controlling milling processing has been taken as an example to simulate NC machining process in the virtual manufacturing. Analyzing and establishing the general frame construction, the function modules and graphic interface have been designed with the technology of preparation of programs. The research showed that the simulation has better ,characteristics of real-time capability and interaction, can verify the correctness of NC code effectively and accord with advanced manufacturing technology's demand.
