摘要
对影响微动疲劳的各种因素进行了概括总结,特别是对高速列车轮轴微动疲劳有重大影响的位移幅度?接触压力?频率?环境和表面处理状况等因素进行了详细的讨论。归纳了微动疲劳寿命随各影响因素变化的规律,指出了各因素作用机理的主要研究进展,在此基础上,对高速列车轮轴微动疲劳的研究前景进行了展望。
The factors that influence the fretting fatigue are summarized. The effect of the displacement amplitude, contact pressure, frequency, environment and surface treatment on the wheel axle of high-speed train are discussed in detail especially. The changes of fretting fatigue life with each influencing factor are concluded, and major research advances of the impact mechanisms are analyzed. On this basis, the prospect of research on the fretting fatigue of the wheel axle of high-speed train is presented.
