摘要
介绍了几种评定无机硅铝质胶凝材料活性的方法,分析了各评定方法的优缺点及适用范畴,提出了根据实际情况与需求采用几种评定方法建立综合活性评定体系。单纯考虑化学活性效应,可采用酸碱溶出法-反应度、火山灰性实验法-Ka值与借鉴水化热模型的联合评定方法;单纯考虑物理活性效应,可采用胶砂强度试验法、酸碱溶出法-反应度与借鉴热-电模型的联合评定方法;综合考虑物理化学活性效应,最佳的方式为采用胶砂强度试验法与借鉴热-电模型的联合评定方法。
The evaluation methods of the activity of inorganic cementitious materials with silicon-aluminum character are summarized, and their strongpoints, shortcomings and suitable categories are also analyzed in this paper. The establishment of the synthetic evaluation system of the activity by using several evaluation methods on the basis of actual situation and the demand is proposed. Purely considering the chemical activity effect, the synthetic evaluation methods with alkali-acid dissolving experiment-degree of reaction, pozzolanic activity experiment-Ka value and heat model of hydration are suitable. Purely considering the physical activity effect, the synthetic evaluation methods with mechanical experiment, alkali-acid dissolving experiment-degree of reaction and heat-electric model of hydration are suitable. Considering the physical-chemical activity effect, the synthetic evaluation methods with mechanical experiment and heat-electric model of hydration are suitable.
