摘要 作为中国白酒企业的高端产品,"年份酒"因为标识"年份"的真假莫辨,正遭遇不少消费者的信任危机,这使得"年份酒"市场的飞速发展面临着巨大瓶颈。为了维护年份酒消费者的利益和规范年份酒市场的管理秩序,剑南春独创出"挥发系数鉴别年份酒的方法",这一科学技术解决了陈酿年份酒鉴定的世界性难题,让陈年老酒可以用科学方式明辨年份。 Age liquor, as the high-grade liquor product in China, faces the crisis of confidence because it is hard for consumers to identify the "marked age" of age liquor, which has seriously prevented rapid development of age liquor market. In order to protect consumer's benefits and to normalize market management of age liquor, Jian'nanchun Group has successfully developed "age liquor identifiction by volatilization coefficient", which has settled the difficult problem of age liquor identification and the age of age liquor could be clearly and scientifically identified.
