健康教育效果与成本控制探索

Study on effect of health education and cost control

以平衡计分卡为工具,对重庆市第九人民医院(重庆九院)和重庆市北碚区健康教育所在重庆市北碚区实施健康教育各项效果,从财务、居民、流程、学习成长4个维度建立相关评价指标,探索评价平衡计分卡在健康教育效果与成本控制管理中的作用。

The balanced scorecard was used as a tool to establish evaluation indicators from the four dimensions of finance,people, processes,learning and growth,in according with the results that the Ninth People＇s Hospital of Chongqing and Beibei District Health Education Institute implemented health education. The paper also explores and evaluates the management role of health education effects and cost control by using balanced scorecard.
