敖汉细毛羊小肠氨基酸流量和消化率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 选取9只安装有永久性瘤胃、近端十二指肠、回肠末端瘘管,体重35~45kg的1.5周岁敖汉细毛羊半同胞羯羊进行试验,测定了基础日粮条件下敖汉细毛羊消化道不同部位氨基酸流通量与消化率。结果表明,基础日粮条件下,敖汉细毛羊十二指肠含硫氨基酸流量较小,仅为36.20mmol/d,且十二指肠氨基酸不平衡,影响氨基酸的利用率,限制生产性能的发挥。
