摘要
It is detected that the banana skin extraction solution can emit blue fluorescence and the maximum wavelength of excitation and emission of the extraction solution are 324nm and 432nm respectively,moreover the fluorescence intensity changes very little at different pH.The blue fluorescence of banana skin extraction solution is quenched by Fe3+ion compared with other different metallic ions,and the fluorescence intensity is proportional to Fe3+concentration in the range of 1.0×10-8mol/L~1.0×10-2 mol/L.
