摘要
本文通过双方圈模型,即相同接缝型式、相同材料但不同柱-轭长度的两个铁心模型,模拟变压器铁心工作状态,并按照材料均匀化的数据处理方法分离出转角接缝处激磁容量。为与爱泼斯坦方圈结果[9]比较,测量了未经去应力退火处理的叠片铁心的磁化特性与损耗特性。文献[1]采用本文数据,所得结果满足工程准确度要求。文中进一步讨论了如何确定平均磁路长度以减小误差,及有限元计算中磁化曲线的选取。
Dual-laminated-core model, i.e. two laminated iron cores have the same joint type and are made of the same material but different length of limbs, is established for simulating the working conditions of power transformers. The exciting power at joints is separated in way of material homogenizing. The magnetic and loss characteristics of the model cores, without stress relief annealing, are measured for comparison with the results by Epstein. Results in this paper have been adopted to [ 1 ] and the accuracy satisfies engineering requirement. The way to determinate the average magnetic circuit length is discussed for reducing error, including which type of B-H curves should be chosen for FEM simulation.
