摘要 综述了与固相微萃取(SPME)和单液滴微萃取(SDME)两种微型提取技术相结合的多次顶空萃取(MHE)技术的理论原理、应用及新发展,相对于传统萃取技术,这种方法有独特的优势。 New progress of multiple headspace extraction ( MHE ) were reviewed, especially its combination with two miniaturized extraction techniques, solid - phase microextraction ( SPME ) and single - drop microextraction ( SDME). These new methods offer several advantages over traditional extraction techniques. Theoretical principals and applications of the techniques were also briefly reviewed.
