本文从药用草乌研究开发的3类新药镇痛药、抗心律失常药和强心药受到的启发,提出中药现代化的方法之一是以特定的药理活性为指标,深入细致地研究中药的活性成分。

In the paper, a deliberation on methodology of modernization of the traditional Chinese medicines based on the research and development of the new drugs from ＂Cao Wu＂ is described. This deliberation suggests a method to study meticulously and deeply the active components of the traditional Chinese medicines using the specific pharmacological models as index.
