摘要 针对1 000 MW核电管板用纯净钢锻件组织和性能要求的特点,利用合金化原理分析了钢中合金元素的控制原则,对冶炼工艺进行了深入的分析研究,提出了采用电炉+钢包炉+真空浇注的冶炼工艺方案,以及在真空浇注过程中严密保护防止二次氧化的工艺思路。实践证明,管板钢达到了纯净钢的要求;经锻造、热处理等工序,管板性能达到了预想的效果。 Based on the characteristics of forging structure and property requirement for clean steel which is used for 1 000 MW nuclear power tube plate, the control principle of alloy element in the steel has been analyzed by means of alloying principle, and the smelting process has been analyzed and studied in details. Furthermore, the smelting process program of electric furnace + ladle furnace + vacuum casting has been put forward, as well as the concept of strictly preventing the re-oxidation during the vacuum casting period. The results prove that the tube plate achieves the requirements of clean steel, and the property of this tube plate also achieves the expectational purpose after forging and heat treatment processes.
