电磁流量计在硫酸生产计量中的成功应用

文章介绍了过去产酸计量所采用的方法,以及该方法在产酸计量过程中带来的许多问题。通过对40 kt/a硫酸装置的产酸计量改造,现已解决过去存在的问题,达到了科学、安全、准确地计量。文章注重介绍电磁流量计的工作原理及安装、计量槽改造、仪表调试、参数设定等工作。电磁流量计自2006年1月投入使用以来,因为效果显著已成功应用在硫酸生产计量中。

Method of metering to acid production in the past was described in the paper, the method had brought many problems in acid production metering. Through the transformation of acid production metering for 40 kt/a sulphuric acid device, the problem existed in the past was solved and achieved scientific, security, accurate metering now. The paper focused on describing working principle and installation of the electromagnetic flowmeter, the metering tank rebuilded, instrumentation debugging, parameter setting and other work. The electromagnetic flowmeter has been put into use since January 2006, because the effect was singnificant, it has been successfully applied to the metering of sulphuric acid production.
