分析了定子铁心松动和定子冲片断齿的原因,指出在设计或分析问题时不能只针对静止状态,而应该考虑到所用材料在机械力、电磁力和热膨胀作用力下将产生的变化,并进行了详细的计算,使目前的问题有了合理的解释。

The reasons of stator core loose and tooth fracture of core lamination were analyzed, in which not only the static state was considered, but also, the variation of the used materials by influecing of mechanical force, electromagnetic force and heat expansion were considered too, and detailed calculation was accomplished. Then the rational explanations of present problems were obtained.
