以蒸汽泵作为锅炉主力给水泵的尝试

Attempt to use turbine-driven pump as main feed pump for boiler

通常锅炉房给水泵拖动方式多采用电动方式,汽动泵仅作为备用泵使用,锅炉富余蒸汽或工业抽汽驱动小汽轮机拖动给水泵,排汽入除氧器作加热蒸汽,可降低运行成本提高经济效益。以水城钢铁(集团)动力厂新建的130 t/h燃气锅炉为实例,将汽动泵作为主力给水泵进行了运行尝试,其方法可供同行参考。

Usyally the electrical feed pump was used for boiler,and the turbine-driven pump was used as standby pump. The surplus steam of the boiler or industrial extraction steam is used to feed a small turbine and to drive the boiler feed pump, and the exhaust steam of the small turbine is sended into deaerator and used as heater steam. This operation mode can reduces operation cost and raises economic benefit. The attempt to use the turbine-driven pump as boiler main feed pump was realized in the new 130 t/h gas fired boiler of Power Plant in Shuicheng Iron ＆ Steel Group, and the method can be offered colleagues as reference.
