摘要
用光子牵引器和示波器观察了双光栅调谐TEA CO2激光器输出光脉冲的波形,发现通过调整两光栅的有效使用面积可改善激光脉冲中两波长成分的时间同步性;并研究了输出光脉冲在离输出镜较大范围内光场的空间重叠性,表明空间重叠性并不随离锗镜距离的变化而改变。
In this paper, suing photon traction and oscillograph we observed the waveform of the laser pulse produced by tunable TEA CO2 laser. The result showed that the time synchronization of different wavelength pulse can be improved by adjustment of the effective used area of two gratings;At the same time we studied the space overlapping of laser pulse away from Ge-mirror and found the space overlapping won't change along with the distance.
