摘要
理论分析了角锥棱镜腔Nd∶YAG固体激光器的特性,通过数值模拟得出结论,角锥棱镜谐振腔对角锥棱镜的平移失调有一定的敏感性,而对输出镜的角度失调是不敏感的。利用菲涅耳-基尔霍夫衍射方程,模拟出角锥棱镜腔近场模式,该模式由六个瓣状结构组成,与实际光斑相吻合。根据斯托克斯参量分析出,角锥棱镜出射光的偏振态随角锥棱镜转动发生改变,出射的椭圆偏振光的椭圆率和方位角随着角锥棱镜的转动发生改变。
The characteristics of Nd:YAG solid laser with comer cube are analyzed. According to simulation resuhs we conclude that the cavity with comer Cube is little sensitive to displacement maladjustment of comer cube and is not sensitive to the angle maladjustment of output mirror. By Fresnel-Kirchhoff equation ,we simulate the near field facula of the cavity with comer cube,which is composed of six petals and the results correspond with experiment. According to Stokes parameter, the polarization state of output light changes with the rotation of comer cube, and the ellipticity and azimuth angle are varied with the rotation angle.
