摘要
本文观察了肥厚性瘢痕的组织形态,探讨了它们与胶原降解的关系,结果发现肥厚性瘢痕组织中胶原纤维排列紊乱,形成胶原结节。胶原纤维间有大量的酸性粘多糖,它们紧紧地包绕胶原纤维,可能阻止了胶原酶对胶原的降解。
In order to explore the relationship between the histomorphology and collagen degradation in hypertrophic scar, its histomorphology was observed. It was found that collagen fibers in hyperfrophic scar arranged in swirls with collagen nodules and the amount mucopolysaccharide significantly increased. Colagen fibers coated with mucopolysaccharides may be resistant to degradation by collagenase.
