铁氰化镍/银复合修饰电极的制备及对氟康唑的电催化作用 被引量:5

摘要 在含有Ag+,Ni2+,K3Fe(CN)6的胶体混合溶液中,用电化学沉积方法制备了一种过渡金属铁氰化物——铁氰化镍/银复合膜(Ag/NiHCF)修饰石墨电极(SG).在pH 5.00的醋酸-醋酸铵缓冲液中,Ag/NiHCF/SG修饰电极对氟康唑的电极反应有催化作用,氟康唑还原峰的峰电流与浓度在8.00×10-7~5.00×10-5 mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.986),检出限为2.50×10-9 mol/L.该电极已成功用于氟康唑注射液中氟康唑含量的测定,回收率为96.5%~109%. The mixed inorganic silver and nickel hexacyanoferrate ( Ag/NiCHF ) film is deposited on a graphite ( SG ) electrode was successly prepared by electrochemical deposition. Further experimental results indicated tha Ag/NiCHF had electrocatalytic activities toward the Fluconazole. There is an excellent linarity between reduction current and concentration of Fluconazole in the range8.00 × 10^-7 - 5.00 × 10^- 5mol/L( r=0.986 ) with a detection limit of 2.50 × 10^-9mol/L .Its recovery rate is between 96.5%-109%. This method has been applied to the determination of Fluconazole in jections.
