摘要
采用超临界CO2萃取技术从番茄皮中提取番茄红素,通过单因素实验和正交实验研究了不同萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量和萃取时间对萃取率的影响.确定了萃取的最佳条件为萃取压力26 MPa,萃取时间3.0 h,萃取温度40℃,CO2流量30 kg/h,在此条件下番茄红素的萃取产量为26.34 mg/100 g.
Lycopene was extracted from tomato skin using supercritical carbon dioxide method. Factors affecting extraction yields, such as extraction temperature, extraction pressure, CO2 flow and extraction time, were studied by single and orthogonal experiments. The results obtained show that optimal process conditions were as follows, extraction pressure was 26 MPa, extraction time was 3.0 h, extraction temperature was 40℃, CO2 flow rate was 30 kg/h. The extraction rate was up to 26.34 mg/100 g in this condition.
