The raw material, technological process, main equipments, false-twist texturing process parameters and product physical property indexes of flexible beauty trichrome thick and thin yarn were introduced. The process characteristics of development and production of the product on TMT company 33H draw false-twisttexturing machine were analysed. The effects of raw material collocation, spinning speed, draw ratio, speed ratio,false-twist angle, first and second beater temperature, second and third overfeed, zero roller speed, network density on the production were discussed.
