摘要
在气相色谱分离理论和实验的基础上,以Visual Basic 6.0为基础设计平台,结合Access数据库和Flash软件设计色谱虚拟实验室软件。软件选择Gauss数学模型做为色谱峰型的数学模型,主要模拟芳族化合物气相色谱实验的操作过程以及不同柱温、载气流速等实验条件下色谱流出曲线。真实实验与模拟实验进行对比,并且模拟值和真实值之间的误差在10%以内。
A chromatography virtual laboratory software was developed base on the theory and experiments of gas chromatography, which was maked software platform with Visual Basic 6.0 and plugin Access database and Flash. The software describes the chromatography peak with Gassian mathematical model, simulates the experiments of aromatic compounds under the different conductions such as variational flow rate of carrier, temperature and pressure of the chromatographic column. Moreover, compared the simulated calculation with the actual experimental results, the deviation between them was less than 10%.
