摘要
通过探索2006年的国内外原油、成品油价格的相互关系,揭示了国内油品价格同国外的差异。应用成品油市场定价的基本原理,并结合线性规划求解最佳值的方法,提出了制定与国际接轨的成品油价格方法的新思路,为我国制定合理的成品油价格提供参考。
The differences between the domestic and overseas crude oil and product oil prices were described by studying those prices and their relationships occurred in 2006. The new plan of establishing product oil pricing method was presented by applying the theory of product oil market pricing mechanism and combining with linear programming for solving the best value. It provides the technology reference for establishing reasonable product oil price in China.
