Situation and Countermeasures of Energy-Saving and Utilities Consumptions Lowering in Petro China

论述了近年来节能降耗工作取得的成效、存在的问题和面临的挑战,提出了切实做好节能降耗工作的对策:针对大批新建项目的建设,控制增量投资节能是实现节能降耗的关键;对于存量生产系统,系统优化和结构调整是实现节能降耗的核心;在加强节能管理方面,建立节能长效机制是实现节能降耗的保障。

The achievements,existing problems,and challenges of energy-saving and utilities consumptions lowering in PetroChina in recent years were summarized. Countermeasures for energy-saving and utilities consumptions lowering were presented as follows:for a number of new projects,controlling energy-saving of increment investment was the key of realizing energy-saving and utilities consumptions lowering;for the existing production system,system optimization and structural adjustment were the core;for strengthening the energy-saving management , establishment of long lasting energy-saving mechanism was the security.
