摘要 生物柴油的原料是可再生的植物油或动物脂肪,燃烧后空气污染物以及CO2的排放低于石油生产的柴油。在柴油机燃油中加入生物柴油,能降低空气污染物如CO、SOx和芳香烃的排放,降低CO2排放。目前已被一些国家应用于运输燃料组分中,我国也开始生产生物柴油。论述了生物柴油生产技术进展,包括物理法、酸碱催化法、生物酶催化法、超临界法以及基于现有炼油厂的加氢技术生产生物柴油方法等,并分析了这些方法的优缺点和发展趋势。 The raw material of biodiesel was reproducible vegetable oil or animal tallow. The air contaminant and CO2 discharge from biodiesel after combustion were less than that from petroleum. The discharge mount of air contaminant such as CO , SOx and aromatic hydrocarbons,and also CO2 decreased when adding biodiesel to diesel engine fuel. Biodiesel has been used as transport fuel component in several countries,it was also produced in China. The progress in biodiesel production technologies involving physical method,acid base catalytic method,enzymes catalytic method,supercritical method,and hydrogenation technologies in petroleum refinery were described. The advantages,disadvantages,and development trends of these methods were also analyzed.
