The Development of Enzymic Catalysis in Supercritical Fluids

摘要 综述了超临界流体介质、载体以及反应条件对酶催化反应的影响,并对超临界流体中酶催化反应在工业上的应用前景做了展望。 The effect of supercritical liquid medium, carriers and reactive conditions on enzyme catalysis were reviewed. The trends of the industrialization of enzyme catalysis in supercritical liquid were outlined as well.
