摘要
高等教育的现代化对高校教师的素质提出了更高的要求,需要教师既掌握现代教育理论又能在课程中熟练应用现代教育技术。结合广东海洋大学的实际情况,在多年开展教育技术培训的基础上,就高校教师教育技术的校本培训进行分析和探索。
Modernization of higher education poses higher demand for the quality of university teachers. Teachers should master modem education theories and proficient application of modem education technologies in teaching. Considering the actual situation of Guangdong Ocean University, and on the basis of many years of education technology training, the author analyzes and explores the school-based training of modern education technology.
