摘要 后现代主义教学观的主要内容包括教学目的观、课程观、师生观、教学评价观等,目前我国教学论研究强调共性,忽视个性培养,从后现代主义教学观中我们可以得出四点启示,即解构理性,培养个性;主张开放性和自组织性;强调平等对话;强调多元性,体现差异。 The teaching views of post-modernism includes teaching goal,curriculum,the relationship between teachers and students and teaching assessment. Presently the research on teaching theories strongly emphasizes generality in our country,but disregards personalized training. From the teaching views of post-modernism we can acquire four enlightenments to teaching in China, i.e. deconstructing rationality, cultivating individuality,advocating openness and self -organization, emphasizing dialogue on the basis of equality, stressing diversity and favoring distinction.
