摘要
我国计划经济时期的就业"终身制"和"铁饭碗"工资制,曾经是我国国民经济发展缓慢、人们生活水平长期得不到改善的重要因素之一。它形成的产权依据是:产权制度的超经济性质。我们从劳动制度与产权制度的内在关联入手,研究计划经济时期劳动制度形成的产权根据,揭示"终身制"和"铁饭碗"工资制的危害,对于完善社会主义市场经济制度具有重要的意义。
The lifelong employment system and guaranteed wage system, which were peculiar to China＇ s planned economy period, have once served as the roots of the slow development of the national economy and long- term starvation of upgradement in people＇s living standards. Such a wage system based on property rights： ultra - economic nature of property rights system. Focusing on the internal connection between labor system and property right system, we explore the property right root of labor system under the planned economy, and further reveal the imperilment of lifelong employment system. The study is of great significance to the perfection of socialist market economy system.
