新课程标准对高师语文教师提出了新的要求:在课堂教学中,注重改变教师与学生的传统角色关系,关注学生的个体差异和不同需求,充分激发学生的主动参与意识和进取精神,培养学生的创新意识和创造性思维。
The new curriculum standards put forward new requirements for Chinese teachers in normal universities. We should change the traditional relation between teachers and students, pay attention to students＇ individual differences and different demands, inspire students＇ active participation consciousness and enterprising spirit, and train students＇ innovative consciousness and creative thinking in classroom teaching.
