The growth of young college teachers is a long - term issue, and those teachers ought to acquire necessary theories and applied skills about higher education by accumulating learning. Besides being expert on the required courses, they should also acquire the theories about higher education and teaching practical skills as well as teaching ability of information technology. Moreover, they should also systematically learn something about scientific research and do some further study about it for the purpose of better developing their professional skills.
