反相高效液相色谱法测定升血小板胶囊中连翘苷含量

Determination of Forsythin from Sheng Xuexiaoban Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定升血小板胶囊中连翘苷的含量。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱,流动相为乙腈-水(30:70),检测波长为277nm,流速为1.0mL/min。结果连翘苷质量浓度线性范围为10.42～52.10μg/mL,平均加样回收率为99.00%,RSD=1.0%(n=6)。结论RP-HPLC法简便、准确,能有效控制升血小板胶囊的质量。

Objective To determine the content of forsythin in Sheng Xuexiaoban Capsules by RP- HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Symmetry C - 18 column. The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN - H20 （30 ： 70）. The flow rate was 1 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 277 nm. Results The content of forsythin could be determined by RP- HPLC. The linear concentration ranges of forsythin were 10. 42-52. 10 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 9.0%, RSD= 1.0% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Sbeng Xuexiaoban Capsules.
