我院门诊药局2004—2007年头孢菌素类抗生素利用分析

Analysis of Cephalosporins Antibiotics Used in Outpatient Pharmacy During 2004—2007

目的分析医院门诊头孢菌素类抗生素的应用状况及趋势。方法对医院门诊药局2004—2007年头孢菌素类抗生素的应用品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果4年中医院门诊头孢菌素类抗生素的应用品种、用药金额、DDDs均逐年增加,总用药金额和DDDs年平均增长率分别高达299.09%和299.15%。结论应进一步规范化管理头孢菌素类抗生素的应用,避免抗生素滥用。

Objective To review and evaluate the utilization of cephalosporins in our outpatient pharmacy. Methods The data on cephalosporins used in the outpatient pharmacy between 2004 and 2007 were collected and analyzed involving the varieties of cephalosporins, drug consumption sum, DDDs. Results During the 4 years, the varieties, consumption sum and DDDs of cephalosporins antibiotics increased year by year with total drug consumption sum and DDDs increased by 299.09% and 299. 15%, respectively. Conclusion In order to prevent the misuse, the management of cephalosporins application should be enhanced.
