摘要
采用焓值法对尿素合成物系进行能量平衡的计算,建立了尿素合成物系气、液物流焓值的计算模型。用该气、液物流焓值计算模型来计算CO2汽提法大型尿素装置高压甲铵冷凝器、合成塔、汽提塔设备的热负荷,计算值与设计值一致,说明该焓值计算模型能满足尿素合成系统设计和生产控制之需。
The calculation models for enthalpy of gas and liquid in urea synthesis system are established based on energy equilibrium. The heat loads of HP carbamate condenser, urea converter, stripper in large scale urea plant with CO2 stripping process calculated by the models are accordance with the design, proved that the models can be used for the design of urea synthesis system and operation control.
