经典恒温法与t_(0.9)法在氧氟沙星滴耳液热稳定性预测中的比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的考察两种预测方法在氧氟沙星滴耳液热稳定性预测中的差别。方法取供试品于75℃、80℃、85℃、90℃四个温度加速实验,分别以经典恒温法和t0.9法计算其结果,对两者进行比较。结果以经典恒温法求得:反应速度常数为6.0141×10-6h-1;半衰期为4801 d;有效期为730 d;活化能为96.90 kJ.mol-1;以t0.9法求得有效期为861 d。结论两种方法的预测结果有不小的差距。 Aim To explore the difference of two forecast methods in ofloxacin ear drops thermostability forecast. Methods The sample was set to 75 ℃ ,80 ℃,85℃ ,90 ℃ temperature acceleration experiment,respectively. The results were calculated by the classical constant temperature law and the t0.9 law, respectiuely, and compared. Results The results obtained by the classical constant temperature law are as follows:Reaction rate constant is 6. 0141 × 10^-6 h^-1 ; the half-life is 4801 d; the period of validity is 730 d; the activation energy is 96.90 kJ ·mol^-1. The period of validity obtained by the t0.9 law is 861 d. Conclusion There is great disparity between two methods in forecasting results.
