摘要
目的比较暴露疗法、包扎疗法、基因转染猪皮疗法三种不同方法治疗小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果。方法采用随机、开放的前瞻性研究设计,对208例小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面分别应用暴露疗法、包扎疗法、基因转染猪皮疗法,观察创面愈合时间、色素沉着与瘢痕增生情况。结果暴露疗法组小儿下肢浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合的时间为(15.0±2.2)d,包扎疗法组创面愈合时间为(11.4±1.5)d,基因转染猪皮疗法组创面愈合时间为(8.3±1.4)d,各组指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿浅II度烧伤创面,应用基因转染猪皮疗法,创面愈合时间较包扎疗法、暴露疗法缩短。
Aim To explore the clinical effect of exposure method, occlusive dressing and application of gene-transfected pig's skin on superficial second-degree burn wound of children. Methods Two hundred and eight patients with superficial second-degree burn wounds (total burn surface area 〉 5% ) were involved in this study from January 2004 to May 2008. According to the three treatments including exposure method,occlusive dressing and application of gene-transfected pig' s skin, the patients were divided into 3 groups. And the wound healing time was observed. Results The healing time of superficial second-degree burn wounds on the three groups was( 15.0 ± 2.2 ) days, ( 11.4 ± 1.5 ) days and( 8.3± 1.4 ) days, respectively. Wound healing on the application of gene-transfected pig' s skin group was earlier than that of the other groups( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Gene-transfeeted pig's skin as the biological dressing of superficial second-degree burn wounds could promote wound healing. The healing time in the group treated with gene-transfeeted pig's skin was shifted to an earlier time compared with the exposure method group, and occlusive dressing group.
