择期手术当日取消原因分析及对策

Cause for selective operation cancellation

目的分析择期手术当日取消的原因并提出对策，减少择期手术取消率，提高手术室工作效率和医疗质量。方法随机抽取我院2007度1—12月共7346例择期手术病例中1000例手术病例，统计当日取消病例例数，对取消病例相关因素进行分类和回顾性分析。结果择期手术当日取消的主要原因涉及以下几个方面：疾病因素，患者心理状态影响，术前准备不完善及设备不全等。结论对于择期手术病人应强化术前准备措施，最大限度按时按期执行手术计划。这对提高医疗环节质量，缩短平均住院日，以及减少不必要的医患纠纷有重要意义。

Aim To investigate the reasons for selective operation cancellation so as to put forward countermeasures, reduce the rate of selective operation cancellation, enhance work efficiency, and improve the quality of medical and health facilities. Methods One thousand selective operation cancellation cases were randomized from 7346 cases from January to December of 2007. The data were analyzed. Results The main reasons can be summarized as follows： disease,patients psychological condition,unpreparation before the surgery,inadequacy of the facilities, and so on. Conclusion To improve the quality of medical treatment, it is very important to make adequate preparations for the surgery. To be carried out on time which is particularly important to improve the quality of medical treatment, shorten the average day in hospital and reduce medical disputes.
